Report an error or disputed signal.
Pulse is built from live public evidence, which means errors must be correctable. Robius reviews corrections against sources, not commercial pressure.
Last updated: 1 August 2026What can be corrected
- Incorrect names, dates, locations, amounts or company identities.
- A relationship label that is stronger than the underlying source supports.
- A duplicate, stale or incorrectly dated signal.
- An inaccurate summary, category, deadline or action status.
- A company profile that has been matched to the wrong organization.
What to include
- The Pulse page, story or company profile involved.
- A clear description of the suspected error.
- The source or documentation supporting the correction.
- Your name, organization and contact details where relevant.
How Robius handles corrections
Robius reviews correction requests against the available evidence. A request from a company does not automatically remove accurate reporting, and payment or commercial status does not affect the decision.
Where a correction is supported, Pulse may update the summary, entity, relationship, date, category or underlying record. Material editorial corrections should be made transparently.
