Information Pulse may process

• Account email and authentication information.
• Newsletter and early-access registrations.
• Watched companies, alert preferences and read status.
• Saved searches, personal brief settings and research activity.
• Technical logs, browser information and security events.
• Essential browser storage, including the My Pulse last-visit marker.

Why it is used

• To provide accounts, watchlists, alerts, saved research and personal briefings.
• To send emails a user has requested or enabled.
• To secure, debug and improve the service.
• To measure product usage and understand which features are useful.
• To respond to contact, correction and commercial requests.

Service providers

Pulse currently relies on service providers including Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, Vercel for hosting and deployment, and Resend for email delivery. Providers process data according to their role in operating the service.

Sharing and advertising

Robius does not sell personal data to advertisers. A sponsor does not receive private watchlists, saved searches, personal briefs or user conversations. Data may be disclosed where required by law, security needs or a legitimate service-provider relationship.

Retention and security

Data is retained for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. Robius uses technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

• Disable optional alert and email preferences.
• Unsubscribe from Pulse Brief emails.
• Request correction of inaccurate account information.
• Request access, deletion or restriction where applicable.
• Contact Robius regarding a privacy concern.

International processing

Some infrastructure providers may process data outside the UAE. Robius should maintain appropriate provider agreements and safeguards for cross-border processing.
