Accuracy before speed

Pulse is designed for fast monitoring, but speed does not remove the need for source verification. Signals should remain attributable, traceable and proportionate to the evidence.

Source hierarchy

• Official government and regulator records are preferred for policy, regulation and public-sector action.
• First-party company and research sources are useful for announcements, but they describe the publisher's own position.
• Independent reporting can add confirmation, challenge or context.
• One publisher repeating another publisher's announcement does not automatically create independent multi-source confirmation.

AI and automation

Pulse uses automated systems to discover, summarize, classify, score, cluster and connect public information. Automation assists the workflow; it is not treated as proof by itself.

The platform is intentionally conservative around ownership, investment, regulation, legal effect, procurement eligibility and formal relationships.

Editorial independence

• Robius does not accept payment to change a verdict, ranking, Pulse Score or source-backed conclusion.
• Sponsored content and paid placements must be labelled clearly.
• Commercial relationships do not grant a company the right to remove accurate reporting.
• Corrections are decided by evidence, not by advertising status.
